Effective date:
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using StallMate (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on iOS devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms.
3. User Content
You are responsible for the content you create in the App (vehicles, logs, attachments, etc.). You represent that you own or have rights to any content you upload.
4. Integrations
If you enable Calendar, Reminders, or Notifications, the App will create entries you request in your accounts. You are responsible for verifying those entries.
5. Data & Privacy
Your data is stored on your device and, if enabled, in your iCloud account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability, including of any third-party services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Safety
Do not interact with the App while driving. You are solely responsible for safe operation of your vehicle.

10. Community Templates and Checklist Sharing
To help StallMate users get started faster, we may surface community templates built from user-generated checklists. By creating or uploading a checklist within the App, you grant StallMate a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify for formatting, and distribute that checklist content as a reusable template for other users.
- Personal or identifying information is not required in checklists; avoid including private data. We may remove or anonymize obvious personal data before publishing any template.
- You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant the above license for checklist content you create.
- Templates may appear in-app or on our website as examples. Removal requests can be sent to support@stallmate.app. Previously distributed templates may persist in other users' libraries.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
