StallMate ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy explains how StallMate handles information within the iOS app and on this website.
What we collect
- App data you create: vehicles, logbook entries, tasks, checklists, attachments. This data resides on your device and, if enabled, in your iCloud account via CloudKit.
- Optional integrations: if you choose to link Calendar, Reminders, or Notifications, StallMate writes the events/reminders you request. No data is shared outside your accounts.
- Diagnostics: we do not collect analytics by default. If we enable optional diagnostics in the future, we will update this Policy and the in-app disclosure.
How we use your data
- Provide app functionality (logging, reminders, linking to Calendar/Reminders).
- Sync your data between your devices through iCloud if enabled.
Data storage & security
- Your content is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, in Apple iCloud (CloudKit) under your Apple ID.
- We do not have access to your iCloud contents.
- Attachments you add remain part of your private app data.
Permissions
- Calendars/Reminders: only to create or manage items you request.
- Camera/Photos/Files: to attach receipts or documents you select.
- Notifications: to alert you of due tasks if you opt in.
Children's privacy
StallMate is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this Policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here and in the app.
